- Close the cooker lid and cook till 3 whistles. Switch off the flame, wait for the cooker to cool down. Open the cooker, Sabji is ready to serve. If you want, sprinkle some Chopped coriander. And serve with roti or rice. I serve with fulka roti and sweet mango pickle.
