  3. Add little water and make a smooth batter… Cover the batter for 10 mins..
  4. Meanwhile heat a steamer & grease a steamer plate…place the batter in the steamer plate…cover it & cook on high flame for 20-25 mins.. After done let them cool & cut into pieces…
  5. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & seasame seeds & hing…Once they start to crackle add muthiya and mix it well & cook for 2 min.. In the last add chopped coriander.. Now muthiya is ready to serve..
