  9. Chopped onion and tomato in a pan put some oil when it is heated add onion in the oil when it turns goden brown add all the spices and salt in the pan roast it for 10mins when the oil.comes out add 1cup water in the pan
  10. Let it boil curry become thick in 10mins switch off the gas
  11. Put the koftas in the curry and garnish with coriander leaves
