- Wash, peel and chop the veggies.
- Heat oil in kadai add mustard seeds, jeera, chillies, curry leaves, saute then add onions turmeric powder and cook for a while.
- Then add soaked chana dal and add dhaniya jeera powder, chilli powder, garam masala and mix all together.
- Then add chopped bottle gourd and cook for a while add water and cover cook till soft.
- Add salt, jagarry, amchoor powder and mix well, top with coriander leaves and serve with chapati and rice.
I made this Lauki aloo ki sabzi in the pressure cooker.
