  1. First Wash, clean and finely chopped bottle guards into pieces.
  2. Boiled it in a pressure cooker up to 3 whistles.
  3. Take a pan,add pure ghee in it.
  4. After cooling down, make the paste of bottle gourd in mixing jar.
  5. Add paste of it in the pan with ghee.
  6. Mix it well and cook up to pinky colour.
  7. Add organic jaggery and mix it well. All things should made in low flame.
  8. Add finely chopped Almonds.
  9. Roast tal makhana in a pan made powder of it in mixing jar and add.
  10. Mix it well.
  11. Our halwa is ready. Decorate it with Almonds and kismish.
