- Clean and wash lentil then boil it by adding salt and water. Cook on low flame and water almost dry.
- Peel and wash Lauki and cut in small pieces dip in water.
- Take oil in pan add oinon, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
- Add chopped tomato
- Add dry ingredients and Mix well.
- Add Lauki, chicken cube yakhni and green chilli and mix well and add water and cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes or until Lauki is soft.
- Now Lauki is ready add boiled lentil.
- Add kasuri Methi and mix well and dam for 2 minutes.
- Now bottle gourd and lentil is ready. Add fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
