  2. Take a pan add tsp of oil. Heat it add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies.
  3. Saute it lightly.Put off the gas stove flame.
  4. Add tamarind,roasted chana,salt, coriander to a mixer grinder jar. Add salt, pods of garlic and lauki chilkas(peels). At last add the tadka from the pan.
  5. Grind the chutney and serve it with dosa, idli, appe or any other snack.

Bottle Gourd Pachadi is a very good option. While we normally mix it in rice and eat, this chutney is a great side dish for dosas as well. Bottle gourd chutney is specially good during this summer due to this water content and cooling effect. This chutney goes well with plain rice or any variety rice or even with paratha.
