- First of all peel off kaddo, grate it. After grating, grind it for the smooth texture of chakki.
- Take a pan & heat it & put one tsp of desi ghee & after that add grind mixture & cook it for some time on medium flame.
- After some time add milk,fresh cream to it & cook for some time until mixture becomes some thicker.
- Now add as required sugar,elaichi powder, & green colour & mix them.
- After that add milk powder,grated coconut, chopped mixed dryfruits to this mixture & mix all.
- Cook again for some time untillmixture leaves pan & do not form a ball of mixture.
- Now switch off flame & keep it aside for some time until it comes to room temperature.After that make chakki of this mixture of desired shape.
- Coat these chakkies with mixture of powder sugar & grated coconut & decorate with almond or any other dryfruit.It is ready.
