- Take bottle gourd. Peel off the skin, wash and chop in to small pieces
- Then chop onions, tomatoes and green chilli
- Pour oil in a pressure cooker. Put cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, curry leaves and give a stir
- Then add onions, green chilli and fry nicely. Now add tomatoes and for nicely. Turn off the flame.
- Grind all these ingredients to a fine paste
