  3. In a pan, heat oil for curry, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, onions and cook until onions are brown. Add the spices to the curd, mix well and add to the pan. Cook for 2 minutes, add salt to taste and add water. Mix well and cook for 2/3 minutes.
  4. Add the fritters (pakaudas) to the curry, turn off the gas. Garnish with coriander leaves. The curry is ready to serve with some plain rice or zeera rice.
