  3. Now on non stick ln apply ghee and put / tbsp of this mixture and spread it with the help of spoon..
  4. Cook for 4 5 minutes and turn it And cook from another side. Bottle guard chilla is ready..

Lauki Chilla can also be named as Sorakkai Adai. Sorakkai / Lauki is grated and squeezed to remove the water. Use the squeezed out water in cooking. During fasting days in India we make saatvik food and kuttu atta (buckwheat flour) plays an important role in these food preparations.
