  4. Now in a kadai add boiled bottle gourd and cook 5 minutes now add sugar and stir continuously until water dry up add khoya,kewra essence and cardamom powder
  5. Pour it on greased plate and cut after 1 hour
  6. Bottle gourd burfi is ready for serve you can enjoy it

This barfi can also be eaten on fasting days. You can very easily made at home on festivals or fasting days. Very little ingredients and very simple and easy to make at home.
