  2. Put 2 spoon ghee in pan
  3. Then put grated bottle gourd into pan
  4. Keep it to low flame for ten minutes
  5. Add milk and fresh cream as well as sugar and also cardomom powder
  6. Mix it well and keep it at high flame for 10 min and 15 min at medium flame
  7. See that the bottle gourd is cooked well if not keep it more for 5/10 min
  8. Your delicious bottle gourd halwa is prepared
  9. Serve it in a bowl and decorate it with some almonds
