  2. Now heat a pan and ghee, add grated bottle gourd.. saute well for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Now add half cup of milk and mix well.
  4. Add milk accordingly if required more.
  5. Now let the cook bottle gourd with milk.
  6. Once it cooked fully add 1/2 cup sugar and grated khoya. Mix it well and let them cook nicely till sugar melts and mixed with bottle gourd.
  7. You can see there is no liquids in halwa then it's done…if liquidy portion is there keep it on a medium flame for more 5 minutes
  8. Now the halwa is ready so add cardamom powder in that and mix well.
  9. Now take it out in serving bowl and garnish with grated almonds and cashews.
  10. Serves hot for more batter taste and you can keep it in refrigerator for 4 days as well.
