Fry the fritters until they turn golden brown. When fritters become fluffy and golden brown, remove them from oil. Sprinkle the bengal gram flour, corn flour over the vegetable mixture. Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mint leaves, fennel seeds, salt and mix well with your hands.

- Peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Squeeze all the water.
- Take a plate add all the ingredients.
- Mix it well. Add more gram flour if required. Don’t add water to make pakora mixture.
- Heat oil in a wok. Take small portion of mixture, On medium flame deep fry all the fritters till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
- Fritters are ready enjoy it with sauce/ chutney.
