Instructions to make Bottle gourd halwa:
  1. Peel and cut the bottle gourd into big pieces and grate them.
  2. Take a pan put grated bottle gourd in pan and cook it for 10 minutes on middle flame. Add milk to it and low the gas flame.
  3. After 10-15 minutes water gets evaporated add sugar and cook till sugar get dissolved or halva evaporate.
  4. Add ghee and chopped dry fruits in it and stirring constantly. Once the halva start leaving pan it's done. Garnish it with some dry fruits. Serve it hot or have it anytime. Enjoy.
