- First take a bowl and add rice and udad dal wash them 3- 4 times
- Now soak it over night and grind to thin paste
- Keep the dosa batter aside for 10 min. No need to ferment
- Now peel of the bottle gourd and cut it into pieces, take a grinder jar add bottle gourd pieces green chilli and cumin seeds
- Grind it without water and make a paste
- Now mix both the bottle gourd and dosa batter
- Heat the pan and add the dosa batter on tawa in circular motion
- Roast it till it becomes crisp and serve with hot coffee and coconut chutney
