  1. Peel the bottle gourd, wash and cut into small pieces After in a large pan add bottle gourd, salt and 1/2 water and boil until it turns soft. Turn off the heat, let the cool at room temperature.
  2. Meanwhile, beat the curd into smooth consistency in a mixing bowl. After add cumin powder, black salt and chilli powder, mix well.
  3. Then add the boiled bottle gourd and mix well. You can add some water to the curd, if required. - Refrigerate it for some time and serve chilled or as it is.
