- Peel the bottle gourd, wash and cut into small pieces After in a large pan add bottle gourd, salt and 1/2 water and boil until it turns soft. Turn off the heat, let the cool at room temperature.
- Meanwhile, beat the curd into smooth consistency in a mixing bowl. After add cumin powder, black salt and chilli powder, mix well.
- Then add the boiled bottle gourd and mix well. You can add some water to the curd, if required. - Refrigerate it for some time and serve chilled or as it is.
