Now add all the spices,start with turmeric powder,red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.   3. Put oil in pan and tempt it.

  5. Take boil potato and rice in a plate.
  6. Next,smash them together with salt.
  7. Then, add all the masala powder and fry veg in the mixture.
  8. Add corn flower and semolina,in it.
  9. Then,mix all of them together by hand.
  10. Next, take small part from this mixture.
  11. Put some oil in hand.
  12. Take small parts one by one of the mixture in hand.
  13. Give them a texture of round and rectangle shape by both hand.
  14. Then,flatten them gently and make thick patties.
  15. Next,in another plate add bread crumbs for the crust.
  16. Arrange all the cutlet in a plate side by side.
  17. Next, put oil in pan and tempt it.
  18. Then,put them in oil for fry.
  19. Then,fry all of them on both sides untill golden brown and crispy.
  20. Fry them in oil one by one as per need.
  21. Then,ready the rice cutlet with sauce

Remove from the food processer, rice mix will be textured of chunky soft dough. Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat. Drop the cutlets slowly into it, taking care not to overlap them. In a large saucepan, combine the rice, water, soup mix and salt; bring to a boil. Add the vegetables; return to a boil.
