How to make Baby Corn Soup: Cook the baby corns with onion and garlic in the pressure cooker until soft. Today, along with baby corn, I am adding cabbage, green beans, carrots and onion to this soup. All vegetables used here are fresh vegetables. You may use canned veggies if you wish.
Steps to make Baby Corn Soup:
- First wash the baby corn and cut it into small pieces. And finely chop the capsicum, carrots, onions, green chillies. - Now take a saucepan and add butter and oil to it. (Butter does not burn by adding oil) - Now put ginger garlic paste and green chillies in the butter and fry for 2-3 minutes so that the ginger and garlic are not raw. - Now fry onion and baby corn in it for 2 minutes, add capsicum, sweet corn, and carrot to it.
- Add 2 cups of water to it and cover it and cook for 7-8 minutes. (So that the corn and baby corn cook well) - After 7-8 minutes, check once all the vegetables are cooked, now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix. - Now cook by adding 2 cups of water and 2 cups of vegetable stock to it. After boiling, add coriander leaves, cornflour mixer and cook it for 4-5 minutes.
- Hot restaurant style baby corn soup is ready. Serve this hot baby corn soup to your loved ones.
