  2. In oil add green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves. When they crackles add onion paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  3. Now add salt, sugar, coriander powder, green chilli paste, black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

  5. Now add baby potatoes in the gravy. Boil for 2 minutes. When the gravy become thick switch the flame off.

Increase the heat to medium high. Stir every few minutes to prevent the curry from sticking. Add the potatoes and give it a stir to coat. Serve hot and prepare for creamy deliciousness. Note: Pre-cook potatoes and carrots.. veg. oil, red curry paste, and about one third of the coconut milk.
