  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

  9. Take 6 Curry patta
  10. Make ready 6 green chillies
  11. Get 1 cup oil
  12. Make ready 1 &1/2 tbsp lemon juice or according to your taste buds

Add bhindi, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder,chaat masala powder and aamchoor powder in a bowl. Now add besan,cornflour and rice flour to the bowl and mix lightly. Clean and chop ladies finger into bite size pieces. This will help reduce the stickiness.

Instructions to make Baby Lady Fingers fry:
  1. Pour oil in a pan. When oil become hot, take it out in a bowl and use it afterwards.
  2. Now add lady fingers and fry it in a low flame. When they become crunchy, take it out in a bowl.
  3. Now pour same oil in a pan, add Urad daal, kalonji, Rai, Methi dana, cumin seeds and Curry patta.
  4. When Urad daal changed it colour from white to red then add crushed red chillies, salt, green chillies, little bit of water and bhonofy it.
  5. Now add lady fingers, lemon juice and bhonofy it in a low flame till oil comes out.
  6. Dish it out, sprinkle Chaat Masala and few drops of lemon juice.
  7. Serve it hot with chapatis.

Clean and chop ladies finger into bite size pieces. This will help reduce the stickiness. Clean the ladies finger with water and pat dry with kitchen towel,so that there's no water. Cut it into thin circles as shown below. Add all the other ingredients,except oil.
