- Now take 1 half. Fold it's corners in centre making a cone. Press centre joint with the help of your hands so that it joints perfectly. Fill it with filling and press the sides together with your fingers. Keep in a plate.

- Now heat oil in a karahi and put samosas in it and deep fry till golden from both sides.
- Serve hot with Tomato ketchup.
