Instructions to make Autumn Ribs:
  1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Remove the silver skin membrane from the ribs.
  3. Peel the apples and remove the core
  4. Slice the apples
  5. Add the rub to bottom of ribs where the silver skin was
  6. Set the ribs in skillet rubbed side down
  7. Add the apples
  8. Add the rest of the rub over ribs and Apples
  9. Add the cup of autumn apple broth
  10. Take the cup and quarter of the 2nd cup of broth and reduce.
  11. Stir occasionally till reduced
  12. After 30 minutes take the ribs out of oven
  13. Pour the reduction over the ribs and return to oven
  14. Roast in oven for an additional hour.
  15. Let rest 15 minutes slice and serve.
