- Heat your grill to between 350 and 450 degrees, depending on your grill. Cook ribs, covered, 5-7 minutes per side until crunchy and browned. Don't forget the sides!
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
- NOTE: I use Penzey's Barbeque of the Americas seasoning. About 1/2 a small jar. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it!
- NOTE: the longer you can let the pork rest in the fridge, the better. But if you're short on time, a few hours works fine!
