- Remove the cooked marinated pork from the sauce pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Heat the pan and add butter then garlic. Once garlic turned brownish in Color add the pork,salt, honey, dried chilli and thymes. You may also add 2-3 tsp of the marinated sauce to add flavour.
Add all dry rub ingredients to a small bowl and stir to combine. Rub approximately half of the mixture onto the meaty side of the ribs. Turn ribs over, and rub on the remaining mixture. This led to some pretty awesome results, including these Cajun-spiced dry-rubbed ribs. In contrast to traditional barbecue ribs, where the rub is usually a balance of sweet and spicy, these bones are more herbal and earthy, with a slight kick of heat.
