  2. Parboil the cluster beans. Once it is done. Transfer to a bowl and cool it.
  3. Heat oil in kadhai on medium heat. Once hot add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let them sizzle for a bit.
  4. Add potatoes fry till it becomes light brown in colour. Add boil cluster. Fry it for a while.
  5. Add tomato, green chilli and ginger paste. Saute for a minute. Then add all the masala. Mix well so everything is coated well. Saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Add little water. Cook till the potatoes become soft. Add garam masala it is optional. Mix well. Once it is done. Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
  7. Serving suggestion: Goes well with Steam Rice and Chapati.
