  17. Make ready As required Dry roast all the ingredients in kadai and powder it in a mixer

  1. Firstly cook rice and allow it to cool down.
  2. Wash all the vegetables and in a kadai add oil, mustard seeds, turmeric, asafoetida add these vegetables, salt and cook it on a low flame untill it gets cooked.
  3. Now add two spoons of palyada pudi and saute it.
  4. Now add the cooked rice and mix it and if required add salt. Kalsanna is ready to serve. You can serve this with raita or papads.
