  6. Roast sesame seeds until they stop popping on low flame.
  7. Add chilli powder. Cook for 10 minutes. Taste and adjust.
  8. Cool sesame seeds and grind them. Dice Coriander.
  9. Add sesame seeds. Cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Add garam masala and coriander. Cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
