  1. Heat oil in pan add besan
  2. Stir it continues till golden brown in between add cumin seeds mustard seed fenugreek seeds and hing
  3. When turn nice golden in colour add water
  4. Add chopped tomatoes
  5. Cook till tomatoes cooked properly add cluster been and drumstick salt red chilli powder turmeric powder mix it
  6. Cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame
  7. Add potatoes and ladyfingers curry leaves and cook till veggies done at last add tamarind pulp
