  4. Now, add chopped tomatoes, cover the pan and cook till they became soft or releases the oil. Then add cluster beans and stir well.
  5. Cover the pan and cook till 10-15 minutes. Then add aamchur powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Now switch off the gas and serve hot with roti or paratha.

These cluster beans take little longer time to cook. So pressure cooking or steaming the beans is preferable method. I prefer to steam the beans. This gawar sabzi appears regularly in my kitchen. Most sabzis call for mustard seeds and/or cumin seeds for tempering.
