Instructions to make Cluster beans fries/ Kothavaranga poriyal/ gawar stir fry:
- Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds after it cracks add cumin and urad dhal.
- Saute onions and curry leaves till golden brown.
- Add the Kothavaranga or cluster beans and saute for few minutes.
- Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Saute and sprinkle water. Cover and cook in low flame for 10 minutes till done.
- Mix grated coconut. Serve with hot rice and sambar or puli kolumbhu.
