The ingredients needed to make Dry fruit Gujiya / Dry Fruit Kachori:
  1. Get 1 litre high fat Milk
  2. Make ready 500 gm Sugar
  3. Make ready 1 cup Chopped dry fruits
  4. Take 1 cup Grated Fresh Coconut
  5. Prepare 500 gm maida
  6. Take Required ghee/oil to fry
  7. Take 1 pinch kesar/Saffron

Now you can eat it after few minutes, Let it cool slightly before serving, as the stuffing inside may be very hot. Dry Kachori is a deep fried crispy and crunchy balls of maida flour stuffed with spicy mix of gram flour and other spices. Unlike normal kachoris, it can be stored for few weeks to couple of months and you can enjoy its snacky taste anytime. Gujiyas are sweet dumplings made of maida or flour and filled with a delightful khoya and dry fruits mixture and are popularly made in Uttar Pradesh.

Steps to make Dry fruit Gujiya / Dry Fruit Kachori:
  1. Boil in a Pan 1 litre milk and keep stirring till it becomes Mawa. Add sugar to it and Make it like Milk Cake
  2. Chop the required dry fruits and saute them in Ghee, after they become little crispy and crunchy, add grated coconut into it saute well. Add this mixture into Milk cake and mix them well for stuffing.
  3. Knead a soft dough of maida taking ghee. Add some salt as per taste to it. Now make small sized balls and roll them. Fill the stuff and give it a shape of Momos/Kachori. Fry them till they get golden colour.
  4. In a kadai boil around 1.5 glass water and add 250gm sugar into it. When all sugar is dissolved add the saffron and bring this syrup to a thickness of 2 strings.
  5. Add the fried dry fruit kachori/momos into the syrup and let it rest for 4 5 hours.
  6. The sweet dish is ready to serve

Unlike normal kachoris, it can be stored for few weeks to couple of months and you can enjoy its snacky taste anytime.
