  12. Make ready Let it ferment and rise for 8 to 14 hours(depending the weather)

  14. Prepare On a high flame, bring water to boil in an idli steamer pot
  15. Get Mix the idli batter gently
  16. Make ready Pour into the batter into greased tray
  17. Make ready Cover the pot with lid
  18. Take Let the idly steam for 10 minutes
  19. Get Once done, Remove the idly trays
  20. Prepare Let it cool down for 1 minutes
  21. Prepare With a help of a spoon remove idli from the tray
