  8. Rinse and repeat for the second dough. Make sure to bake in batches and leave room between each cookie on the baking tray.
  9. Transfer onto a wire rack and let them cool completely. Leave plain or decorate with royal icing/ dust with icing sugar (optional). We had ours with some hot chocolate and marshmallows 😋
